Disclosures

DoorRaise provides software and administration services for private real estate offerings. DoorRaise is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, investment adviser, bank or escrow agent, does not recommend, rank or endorse any offering, and charges flat dollar fees, not a percentage of the money raised. The closing fee is payable only if a deal closes. Offerings are made by their sponsors under Rule 506(c) or 506(b) of Regulation D, are not registered with the SEC or any state, and have not been reviewed by any regulator.
